VESRAH Complete Full Gasket set kit Suzuki GS550 ED/ESD GSX550 ESD/EFE 1983-86

VESRAH COMPLETE GASKET SET TO FIT. This Vesrah gasket set is suitable to fit the Suzuki. Air cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinders, DOHC, 16 valve, 572cc engine. Some of the individual gaskets will also fit other models of Suzuki which share the same engine unit or components. Please note this kit is for the GS50/GSX550 -16 valve engine NOT the earlier, 8 valve version.

Vesrah gasket materials will endure high combustion temperatures, high combustion/explosion pressures, and rigidity-loss of cylinder head (aluminum alloy) and cylinder block. Two major materials, Joint Sheet Gaskets and Metal Gaskets, are 100% free from asbestos. Composite material of heat-resistant fibers, speciality synthetic rubber and inorganic matrix. This composite offers high resistance to lubrication oil, gasoline, engine coolants, and water.

Please be advised that use of Vesrah gaskets give pure satisfaction only when they are installed according to the required O. Specifications, such as tightening torque load. Too much tightening not only weakens gaskets withstanding pressure and temperature but lowering engine effciency by changing its optimum combustion head volume. The fitment of these gaskets should be undertaken by a qualified or competent fitter, the OE manufacturers fitment guidelines should be adhered to at all times, please refer to the manufacturers workshop manual for fitment information & tools required for the job.
